RSS Reader Privacy Policy

Last updated: 30 November 2025

RSS Reader (“the App”) is an offline-first RSS reader built to respect your privacy. This policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and your choices as a user.

The App does not collect, store, transmit, or process any personal data.

  • No account is required.
  • No analytics, tracking, or advertising identifiers are collected.
  • No usage data, device data, or behavioural data is gathered.
  • No information is sent to our servers.

Users may add their own RSS feed URLs within the App. All such data is stored locally on your device only and is never transmitted to us or any third party.

The App may display a curated list of RSS feeds for discovery purposes.

  • This list is retrieved anonymously from a public Azure Blob Storage endpoint.
  • The request contains no personal data.
  • We do not track, log, or associate any information with individual users.
  • Azure may generate standard, non-identifying system logs (for example, access counts), but these contain no data used by us to identify you.

The App currently uses no third-party services, SDKs, analytics tools, or advertising networks. If any are added in the future, this privacy policy will be updated before those changes take effect.

Because we do not collect personal information, we do not share, sell, or disclose any personal data to anyone.

RSS Reader does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13, and it is not directed to children.

Because no data is collected or transmitted, no personal information is at risk from our services. Feed subscriptions and app preferences stay on your device under the protections provided by your operating system.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with an updated “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
